Nyle Bayer believes money is a tool for building a life of purpose, and that the real job of a wealth manager is to help you use it that way. As Chief Executive Officer of Up Capital Management, he leads the second generation of a family firm, carrying forward the fee-only fiduciary standard the practice was built on, which means the advice you get at Up answers to you and no one else.

Nyle started his career at Up as an investment advisor, then spent more than a decade in executive leadership roles across wealth management, asset management and wealthtech. Seeing the industry from every side gave him a clear view of what clients actually need, a real plan, a real relationship, and a firm built to serve them for decades.

He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC) designations. Nyle lives in the Sierra foothills with his wife and three kids. In his spare time you can find him on the baseball field or on the hiking trails.
