Nyle Bayer is Chief Executive Officer of Up Capital Management, a role he stepped into in 2026 as part of the firm's multigenerational succession. His focus is on expanding the firm's full suite of planning services and building an organic growth engine that connects prospective clients with the right advisor relationship.
He brings more than a decade of senior leadership across wealth management, asset management, and wealthtech, including four years on the executive team at Future Proof. He began his career at Up Capital as an investment advisor and fiduciary.
