Nyle Bayer is a strategic advisor to Up Capital Management, supporting long-term strategy, growth, and firm positioning. His work focuses on helping advisory firms build durable, client-first businesses that remain coherent as they scale.

He brings experience across wealth management, financial technology, and executive leadership, including time as an asset manager and financial advisor. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Future Proof and is also a strategic advisor to Modelist, a firm focused on modernizing advisory business infrastructure.

Nyle holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant® (ARPC®) designations and is a Series 65–licensed investment adviser. He is deeply committed to financial planning as a disciplined, thoughtful process—one that helps individuals and families make clear, confident decisions over time. His perspective emphasizes structure, alignment, and long-term thinking, in service of enduring client relationships.

Nyle lives in Auburn, California, with his wife, three kids, two cats, one dog, and 14 chickens. On the weekends, you can find him hiking trails in the Sierra Mountains or along the coast of the PNW.
